EPA Chief, faced with some of the most politically charged decisions to be made by the Obama administration is about to lay down new rules following the recent Supreme Court adjudicaion on her agency responsibilities. 

There is great latitude between the responsibility to administer and the creation of rules which are in the public interest, apolitical, reasonable and just....or written to forward a given political agenca.

The Supreme Court has spoken.... now we are playing to a different jury.
