All of us have opinions, but most of us have not reached that level of noteriety where a pronouncement we have made comes back to bite us ( and those who chose to believe us and act on that belief ) quite in the way shown in these horriblly off the target statements by people who are pedants in their fields...

Being wrong doesn't seem to put them out of business, though.  There are quotes here by Dick Morris, Hillary Clinton, Winston Churchill, Bill Christol...in the political arean.  There are quotes by Einstein and others in science and technology...

I don't know about you, but these kind of readings always leave me with a big grin...
